I do not issue returns due to the pandemic and current medical challenges. 

Order cancellations can be made if items have not shipped, All orders are shipped same day!

If you see your order marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact USPS all orders are sent VIA USPS with tracking. Please remember tracking is not a guarantee. Sadly, even in good faith that your purchases arrive. We are at the mercy of the USPS.I can add insurance on large orders at a very minimal cost.
